Carbon Neutral Building Studies Across Canada

Maple Leaf Property Management needed to conduct carbon neutral studies for seven of their buildings located across Canada. They reached out to us to help.

Our services included energy audits, calibrated energy models, and feasibility studies, all conducted to meet stringent Canadian Green Building Council Zero Carbon Performance standards and new energy targets for leased facilities issued by Public Services and Procurement Canada. We also provided Fitwell and LEED Existing Buildings: Operation and Maintenance (EBOM) certification and an Energy Star Portfolio Manager review.

Maple Leaf will use these results to aid in their long-term financial planning efforts and to maintain the sustainability certifications of their portfolio.
