Conservation Meadows Subdivision Consulting and Engineering Services

Conservation Meadows is a multi-stage subdivision project by Activa. We provided consulting and engineering services during Stage 1, which encompasses approximately 13 hectares (32 acres) and includes the 144 single-detached dwellings establishing a strong foundation for the community’s growth.

Stage 2 continues the development of this thoughtfully planned residential community that balances growth with environmental stewardship. We are again providing consulting and engineering services for this stage, which covers the remaining 8 hectares (20 acres) and is currently in the detailed design phase.

Drawing on expertise from a number of our in-house disciplines, we’re supplying environmental, noise, civil, stormwater management, and construction services. This allows us to deliver a comprehensive and coordinated approach throughout all stages of development. We’re paying particular attention to integrating stormwater infrastructure with nearby natural features to protect downstream water quality and enhance long-term resilience.

This stage will introduce a diverse mix of housing types including single-detached homes, street-fronting townhomes, and multi-unit residential blocks. Once complete, Stage 2 is expected to deliver approximately 300 additional residential units, further contributing to a vibrant, mixed-density community. Construction for Stage 2 is anticipated to commence in late 2027 or early 2028.
