DaimlerChrysler Safety Review Services at Windsor Assembly Plant

When DaimlerChrysler identified safety, issues associated with 10 miles of conveyor lines throughout one of their production facilities, they brought us in to assist.

We assembled a 15-member team of engineers and technologists to address this high-priority situation. They identified non-compliance issues, developed corrective measures, and created the tender documents to address safety items. During construction, we provided construction management services and oversaw 60 tradespeople working on the conveyors.

Relying on our collaboration and targeted team, we ensured that the aggressive scheduling requirements were satisfied. The construction was completed on schedule, the project was completed within the budget, and DaimlerChrysler had a conveyor system that satisfied safety regulations.
