HUB International - Toronto Headquarters Transformation

HUB International, a leading North American business insurance broker, wanted the design of their new Toronto headquarters to seamlessly integrate flexibility, communal culture, and their brand, as well as pay homage to the region. They reached out to our team to help.

We worked closely with HUB International to create a unique design that features a variety of working environments. To encourage impromptu meetings and get-togethers, our design incorporates hoteling workstations, enclosed focus rooms, collaboration settings such as lounges and private office fit-outs, and large social spaces. Soft forms, warm tones, crisp architectural gestures, and natural materials provide ease of movement throughout the space. Abstracted Toronto architectural graphics highlight the company's affinity for their city.

This updated workplace reflects HUB International's values and culture while providing a vibrant and dynamic space that encourages productivity and camaraderie.
