Premium Outlet Collection Winnipeg Shopping Center
Who loves a good deal? We all do, of course. For years, there has been a big draw for people from Winnipeg to go south to American outlet malls to take advantage of good sales and a unique product offering. To save people the trip while still providing them the same shopping opportunities, the Outlet Collection shopping center was built.
This fast-tracked, complex project required coordination between the owner and individual tenants, as well as managing the scope for tenant fit-up requirements. We worked with the landlord, tenants along with the construction management contractor to review each unique design, ensuring base building compliance and seamless services integration
The building was planned as a prototype for all future outlet mall offerings and has led to subsequent work on the outlet mall in Edmonton. The Outlet Collection Shopping Center has been a hit—with great deals and a wide variety of stores, it saves the people of Winnipeg a big trip to get what they need.
