The comprehensive report will support informed decision making for the future of Yukon airports and aerodromes
The Government of Yukon wanted to assess their current investment model, to identify and prioritize their infrastructure investments, and to make sure they were meeting the current and future needs of stakeholders. This meant the exploration of economic development opportunities that also met governing regulations. Our job? The review part.
Our review included site-specific assessments and the comprehensive assessment of each of Yukon aviation’s sites—the current state and uses. Our final report included recommendations on future investment priorities and the future development of the aviation system, considering current budget trends, regulatory requirements, core government service delivery, community economic development opportunities, and the needs of the Yukon aviation industry.
By studying the strengths, weaknesses, challenges, and opportunities of the Yukon airports and aerodromes, we were able to deliver a system review and plan that gave them a clear picture of the current state of their assets. What’s that mean? Open eyes and clear flying going forward as they prioritize the right opportunities for their stakeholders.
