Multimedia Conglomerate Supplier Social Responsibility Audit Program

A multinational multimedia conglomerate implemented a health, safety, and environment (HSE) compliance audit program at their suppliers in multiple cities across the world. They engaged our auditors to help.

We evaluated the risks present at each supplier’s factory. We also assessed the preventive and protective measures that had been implemented, observed working areas and ongoing activities, and interacted with employees.

Our follow-up team provided additional technical assistance to selected suppliers to help them improve their HSE and labor performance. This included creating a tailored corrective action plan and HSE permitting roadmap for each factory and coaching them on addressing findings and obtaining HSE permits.

As a result of these audits, all participating factories took action to address areas for improvement within a year. We also helped one of the suppliers conduct an analysis of their efforts and shared their performance with our client.
