Distrito Santa Fe

Distrito Santa Fe is envisioned as a vibrant, mixed-use destination for living, working, playing, and staying—a rarity in the dense urban environs of Mexico City. The project aims to bring businesses, merchants, and residents together in a seamlessly-integrated environment. How? By designing and curating a unique city center with the right tenant-mix.

To create a living community, Distrito Santa Fe will have 680 microunit apartments, 300 high-end condominiums, and 400 senior living CCR units. Large open public spaces distributed throughout the community accommodate and enhance the live/work/play/stay philosophy. And with so many people within the community every day, these spaces support a pedestrian-oriented streetscape for people to connect and socialize—a necessity for the development of a safe and vibrant urban community.

With 40 retail stores, 25 restaurants, and a 12-screen movie theater—Distrito Santa Fe has it all. Future plans envision addition of an outdoor music venue, a central park, health and wellness facilities, and direct access to Mexico City’s top hospital.

With the goal of designing “a park that is a street, and a street that is a park,” the district offers plenty of multi-use green space. The iconic site will be instantly-recognizable from afar and has the potential to become a symbol for Mexico.
