Ain Al Fayda Neighborhood Development Master Plan

The vision for Ain Al Fayda is to create a distinct development that celebrates the historical and natural qualities of the site. The diversity of natural settings within the site boundary allows for the creation of a variety of communities that are characterized by different interfaces.

Centered around a unique wetland oasis, this development provides its residents with a well-balanced lifestyle through the design of walkable neighborhoods, active and passive recreational open spaces, and community centers. Elements like these allow the area to reinstate its legacy as a recreational and family leisure destination through a new resort program and the opportunity to explore various ecological environments.

The master plan is set around the wetlands area as a series of neighborhood clusters, each of which is serviced by a neighborhood center within walking distance. The natural setting acts as a major green link reinforcing the two major anchors of the site, the Town Centre to the northeast and an Eco-Resort located to the southwest. Once again, residents will be connected to the surrounding neighborhoods and beyond.
