The Link at Masdar City – Construction Supervision
Masdar City’s vision for sustainable urban living comes to life in The Link, a vibrant, mixed-use development that brings together homes, offices, and community spaces in the heart of the UAE. They also wanted their new global headquarters near Abu Dhabi to reflect their commitment to sustainability. Masdar City engaged us to help create an innovative urban community and clean-technology hub powered entirely by renewable energy.
Our construction supervision team guided the contractor every step of the way through on-site management. Throughout the project, we focused on reducing emissions and efficiently managing energy and water. We helped integrate solar power, water reuse systems, and energy-saving features for the hub building, putting it on track to become the first net zero certified building in the Middle East. The Link includes common car parks and podium-forming landscape areas with access to residential, office, Masdar headquarters, and HUB buildings, as well as a multiuse hall and visitor center at the plaza level. It’s also targeting LEED Platinum, WELL Gold, Estidama Pearl 4, and other sustainability certifications.
This vibrant development offers homes, offices, and co-living spaces, along with a hub and other healthy, energy-efficient spaces where people can live, work, and play—reflecting Masdar’s commitment to sustainability and setting a new standard for future developments in the UAE.
