With views to the ocean and North Shore Park, the amenity-rich 87 Park will offer residents a matchless experience in Miami

Plenty of residences offer limiting views from their balconies—if they have balconies at all. Oftentimes, you’re getting a straight shot to the north, south, east, or west. We wanted to help remedy that. That’s why we teamed up with world-renowned Italian designer, Renzo Piano, to execute the architecture at 87 Park in Miami, Florida.

This oceanfront luxury building will offer 70 premium units ranging from 1,400 to 7,000 square feet with a spectacular set of floorplans. The design also features private wraparound terraces and 10-foot ceilings with floor-to-ceiling windows. The result of these thoughtful design elements? Unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway, as well as the Miami Skyline and North Shore Park.

The two-story lobby will include a tropical botanical garden complete with an in-house botanist, as well as exhibitions and a curated art collection throughout the property. The amenity-rich program consists of a private park, gardens, two oceanfront pools complete with cabanas, a full-service spa, a fitness center, and luxury wine bar.
