Helping prospective tenants realize how much they can gain from working in the emerging NoMa district
In a newly revitalized Washington DC neighborhood, it sometimes takes a helping hand to realize just how much things have changed. The NoMa district (that’s North of Massachusetts Avenue) is an often-overlooked location near the Capitol.
Skanska’s new office and retail building at 88 M Street delivers highly efficient layouts while capturing the NoMa spirit. Our Branding Iron team designed the interactive presentation (for flatscreen and iPad) that informs potential 88 M tenants about the benefits of putting down roots in the NoMa district—amenities, efficiencies, and adaptable spaces.
The graphic design was influenced by Skanska’s eco-friendly focus, sleek tech aesthetics, and the modern execution of the building’s architecture and interiors.
