When organizations are benefitting from dynamic growth, they often look to renovations. New space isn’t always available, and when you’re in business, your building often becomes a home. AmeriHealth approached us to help them manage a renovation and restacking of their existing space as well the strategic expansion of their departments.

As the owner’s representative, our project team assisted in the development of a full scope of work for the space at the Airport Business Center. We also helped strategize the phasing variations and cost options for the best short- and long-term use of money.

Our job included developing an approach for the International Plaza fit out, design oversight to expedite design process, facilitating team meetings, managing interactions between the property owner and AmeriHealth, and managing the budget and schedule. When completed, the company will have expanded to nearly 500,000 square feet in five buildings on two campuses.
