Our engineering designs support the ASU NovusTM Innovation Corridor, which in turn supports development opportunities

The Arizona State University NovusTM  Innovation Corridor is a significant real estate development project in Tempe, Arizona, that will need a lot of support. Our team was ready to help, starting with phase one.

The project covers approximately 330 acres (or 130 hectares) in the heart of downtown Tempe and will be a diverse mix of high-quality commercial office space, retail shops, restaurants, hotels, and urban housing. In the initial phase, we provided the preliminary design for roadway and utility infrastructure improvements, conducted a retention analysis, led water and wastewater capacity studies, and assisted with the conceptual layouts and phasing. Designs for a wastewater relocation, road and utility infrastructure, and demolition and grading of part of the site are being provided for the second phase.

By supporting this project through our engineering designs, we’re helping the university create opportunities for transformative development that will benefit the overall community. What’s even better is that the university will also have a unique way to fund its future athletic facilities.
