In an effort to keep up with an increased need for training new personnel, our team was contracted by the New York State Office of General Services (NYSOGS) to provide fundamental commissioning services for the construction of a new 16,500 square foot enclosed firing range for Auburn Correctional Facility in Auburn, NY.

The firing range is an 8-lane, 100-yard facility which utilizes state-of-the-art ventilation and acoustical controls. Systems and equipment that our team provided services on include rooftop units, filtration air handling units, makeup air units, VAVs, unit heaters, exhaust fans, range controls, shooting range interface system, dust collection unit, automated ballistic targeting system, building automation system, domestic hot water system, and lighting controls.

With the project now complete, employees of Auburn Correctional have access to necessary training facilities to perform their roles as effectively as possible.
