Creating a design that resonates with Boston's hip, young professionals
How do you design a new residential identity that resonates with a neighborhood’s young, urban professional? The first thing you do is find your inspiration.
The design team paid close attention to the project’s location. In particular, the direct access to retail at the Prudential Center. With this retail experience in mind, the team designed the leasing office with lounge seating, an informal leasing bar, and twitter screens featuring trending activities and events in the neighborhood.
The leasing and amenity space connects to the lobby with an open stair that activates the mailroom and features a new bike repair shop. With these renovations, we helped AVA at the Pru better serve the property’s young, hip, active audience.
