Boston Medical Center, IMP Approvals & Permitting
When Boston Medical Center (BMC) wanted to update the status and progress of projects and mitigation commitments related to the 2013 Institutional Master Plan Amendment approved by the Boston Planning and Development Agency (BPDA), we provided consulting services.
Our job? Coordinating the approval process and large project review for BMC’s South End Campus including the strategic planning study, feasibility analyses, permitting strategies, and regulatory approvals. In total, this involved an update in BMC-owned or controlled facilities totaling two million square feet.
With this project, BMC will be able to provide a cohesive plan that will open the way for the development of various projects at the South End Campus.
