Commonwealth of Pennsylvania-Office of the Budget Redevelopment Assistance

The Redevelopment Assistance Capital Program (RACP)  is a grant program in Pennsylvania administered by the Office of the Budget. It offers funds to support construction projects that improve Pennsylvania’s economic, cultural, civic, recreational, and historical spheres.

Since 1995, we’ve helped a number of clients apply for grant funding. We manage approvals, and we continue to monitor the projects for compliance. Recently, we were responsible for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s grant funding management for the Paseo Verde project—a $48 million residential development in North Philadelphia. It’s the first development in the United States (and only the second in the world) to receive LEED ND (Neighborhood Development) platinum certification.

Some other projects that have been a part of this program include the Philadelphia Phillies Stadium, The Wells Fargo Center, and the Chester County Technical High School.
