Catholic Health Regional Training Center

When Catholic Health’s wanted to centralize their training efforts and personnel, we were ready to help. Our team served as the commissioning authority in support of the LEED energy and atmosphere prerequisite for the fundamental commissioning for construction of a 140,000 square foot commercial office building in Buffalo, New York.

Our team evaluated and documented the progress of installation throughout the construction phase. Systems and equipment that our team provided these services on included water source heat pumps, hydronic pumps, condensing boilers, cooling towers, exhaust fans, energy recovery units, building automation system, domestic hot water system, flow fixtures, lighting controls, and envelope observations. Space types feature a mixture of enclosed and open office spaces with ancillary support spaces throughout. Thanks in part to our role on this project, the Catholic Health Regional Training Center achieved LEED Certification.

The six-story building, which is connected to a four-story parking garage, consolidated roughly 700 employees into the new headquarters. The Catholic Health building now serves as a crucial and efficient center for Catholic Health’s regional training operations.
