Consolidating Comcast’s taskforce in central Colorado
Comcast is one of the largest telecommunication companies in the world and is responsible for supplying millions of people with trusted service. When Comcast desired to consolidate its western division task force in 2015, they brought on our interior design and lighting teams to help them design their new headquarters in Colorado.
This campus-wide project was comprised of three separate buildings located in Panorama Corporate Park. It was important to implement the ‘Colorado-Tech’ design concept, so our team focused on providing large expanses of natural light by constructing floor-to-ceiling glass front offices and conference rooms.
Another main goal was to establish a sense of community within the building. How? By providing services and coffee bars on the first floors, large break areas with televisions and soft seating, and technology-integrated collaborative areas throughout the entire campus.
Completed in collaboration with Saunders Construction, Comcast’s new Western Division Headquarters and Call Center now offers staff unity through community spaces and consolidation.
