Del Webb Catalina at Lakewood Ranch - Planning and Design

In the highly ranked master planned community of Lakewood Ranch, Pulte Homes is continuing their mission to create 55-plus luxury residential and amenity rich lifestyle communities. They reached out to our team to provide landscape architecture, planning, civil engineering, environmental, and survey services to help bring their vision to life.

In advance of land acquisition, we designed multiple site plan options, eventually developing one into the final conceptual plan, theming, and construction documents. To facilitate prompt buy-in and approval, we created an array of visuals including sketches, illustrations, and 3D renderings. These plans illustrated how the main arrival, sales center, amenities, and residential lot mix align with Pulte Homes’ vision and drive phasing and sales.

Del Webb Catalina offers residents the opportunity to live life the way they want with a 15-acre (6-hectare) resort amenity campus, 70-acre (28-hectare) lake, sports courts—including 12 pickleball courts—a grand clubhouse with a wellness center, and a resort pool.
