Frontline Education Headquarters

As software development company Frontline Education transitioned from their previous space, the move marked an exciting new chapter of growth and opportunity for them. They selected the Crosspoint building in Wayne, Pennsylvania, as the new space for their headquarters. The site provided a more desirable location for recruitment and offered more amenities. They engaged our team to execute a comprehensive workplace strategy, design, and interior fit out for the 25,000-square-foot (2,323-square-metre) space.

We aimed to leverage the existing buildout while strategically incorporating new construction to reduce overall costs. Additionally, we incorporated finishes that reinforce their brand and organizational culture and furniture that supports collaboration and community.

The resulting vibrant and engaging workplace promotes Frontline Education’s core values of cultivating trusting relationships, embracing diversity, building value, and providing innovative technology. The new space also accommodates all employees on the same floor in a cohesive and connective space.
