As part of the Hyatt brand of hotels, Hyatt House caters to extended-stay guests looking for spacious accommodations with the comforts and conveniences of home. To help with site development and act as local liaison, Architecture Design, Inc., engaged our engineers and planners for Hyatt House Orlando.

Working hand-in-hand with the architect, we helped visualize the hotel’s public spaces, creating a resort-like feel for all guests. Hyatt House Orlando’s intricate outdoor amenity space features an entertainment area with a heated pool, multiple fireplaces, and a walk-up bar, all seamlessly combined into the architecture. Our services also included civil engineering, landscape architecture, drainage and hardscape design, geotechnical, and permitting with the City of Orlando, St. Johns River Water Management District, and Florida Department of Environmental Protection.

Ultimately, this team effort resulted in an inviting respite for Orlando visitors.
