Drivers will find relief on 10 miles of new High-Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) lanes on the I-405 through the heavily traveled Sepulveda Pass. Additionally, the groundbreaking ExpressLanes program converted HOV lanes on I-10 and I-110 to dynamically-priced High-Occupancy Toll (HOT) lanes.
