Main Line Health - Concordville Medical Office Building

Main Line Health believes in encouraging proactive, healthy-living lifestyle initiatives for its patients. Their goal is to prevent injuries—or, failing that, to be there when an injury does occur. When they were looking for management help on the construction of a new medical office building, they called in our Project Management team to help.

The new building provides centralized health programs for the community including a fitness and wellness center, urgent care facility, Nemours pediatrics center, a rehab concussion focus center, imaging suites (general, mammogram, dexa, US, CT, and MRI), and a cafeteria. Physician offices will include OBGYN, cardiology, primary, endo, and more.

Our team managed complete oversight of the new construction from budgeting and schedule down to selection of a café vendor. We also worked with a medical advisory board to bring in the physicians, and we completed all permitting.
