Marriott believes the workplace plays a key role in employee satisfaction and has focused their efforts on creating workspaces that engage employees and provide a variety of work settings to accommodate individual work styles.

Stantec has been providing architectural, interior design, and workplace strategy services for Marriott sales and customer care facilities worldwide. Working with Marriott, we’ve developed standards that enhance the company brand, provide innovative workplaces, and assist in staff recruitment and retention. These standards create continuity among offices and allow for aesthetic design solutions that celebrate regional cultures. We have worked with Marriott on the design of more than 20 office locations across the globe, including their regional headquarters in Mississauga, Ontario, regional sales offices across the United States and Mexico, and global sales and customer care offices across the US, Mexico, UAE, China, and India.

Employee feedback has been positive, including comments like Susie Garret’s—a guest services manager in the greater Salt Lake City area. Susie said, “everyone was so excited about the space.
