Situated on 8,200 acres in the City of Ontario, New Model Colony is one of Southern California’s most anticipated master planned developments. Designed for 47,000 homes and 36 million square feet of commercial and business development, the development requires approximately 34 miles of arterial streets, backbone water and recycled transmission water mains, sewers, storm drains, and dry utilities. A program of this magnitude and complexity requires a seasoned team of design and construction management professionals. Our team was up for the challenge.
We provided professional design, construction management, program management, and consulting services for 4,500 acres of the development, which included 12 of the 30 planning areas. As part of our role, we provided geographic information system integration of the infrastructure for the 3,700 acre New Model Colony East development.
Expected to take shape over several decades, New Model Colony’s prime location will connect future homebuyers to employment hubs in Ontario, Los Angeles, and Orange County.
