Improving the fan travel experience at every stadium

When the National Football League was looking to improve the traffic and parking for fans, our team was there to help. How? Through a multi-year project aimed at developing recommendations to improve operations at all professional football facilities.

Our work focused on providing a detailed assessment of every aspect of the fan travel experience, including pre-event communication, roadway utilization, parking lot operations, pedestrian management, signage and wayfinding, transit optimization, and rideshare service. We created a training program for the league and trained a team of auditors to go on site at all 31 stadiums twice a season. From the reports and pictures, we created weekly reports for the clubs and league and at the end of the season we created a best practices guide covering all aspects of the game day travel experience.

With the project now complete, fans are able to have a smoother, more enjoyable experience.
