Promoting safe and comfortable travel—both foreign and domestic

Easy, open, egalitarian. That’s how you might describe the process of flying out of Niagara Falls International Airport.

Here, whether you’re boarding a large wide-body jet to your international destination, or hopping on a small commuter flight to the coast, we have made the two experiences equally pleasurable. Where most airports lead passengers using ground loading gates through windowless tunnels to dreary holdrooms with few staff and even fewer amenities, we designed Niagara Falls International with an innovative split level holdroom featuring floor to ceiling windows, ample concessions, and comfortable seating. Both upper and lower levels enjoy all that the airport has to offer.

The airport features 10 check-in positions, two inspection lanes, and complete customs and immigration facilities, all under a roof-form inspired by the turbulent flow of water leading up to the falls.

Transparency and visibility are integral to the design, so even before you are through security, you can see your plane and how to get to it. The airport experience doesn’t get much easier than that.
