Revio - Branding

Revio is a modern waterfront apartment community rooted in wellness, connection, and natural design. With several new multi-family properties rising along the shoreline, developers Hines and Belfonti turned to our branding team to help Revio stand apart.

The brand needed to reflect not just location, but a lifestyle—one centered on health, balance, and biophilic design. We grounded the visual identity in the elements—air, earth, and sea—which influenced everything from the logo mark to the architectural palette. Soft, organic hues and natural textures evoke luxurious beach resorts, while the overall look and feel capture the serenity of the setting.

Revio’s brand campaign invites potential residents to explore what inspires, rejuvenates, and energizes them, creating a space where wellness isn’t an amenity, but a way of life.
