A collection of neighborhood parks, ball fields, sport courts, and trails, RiverPark is a picturesque, 700-acre master-planned community where homes are within walking distance to schools and retail. RiverPark consists of 2,500 homes and 800,000 square feet of retail and commercial space.
For more than 10 years, we’ve been hands on: delivering civil engineering and surveying services for various clients involved with RiverPark’s all-in-one development. From onsite improvements for street, water, sewer, and storm drainage systems to a stormwater pollution prevention plan, precise grading and plot plans, tract maps, condominium plans, sales exhibits, and construction staking—we did it all. We also designed trail systems, large collector streets, roundabouts, community parks, detention basins, and more than five miles of roadway.
RiverPark’s 13 planning districts feature residential neighborhoods, regional and neighborhood retail centers, a hotel/convention center, elementary and secondary schools, a fire station, a system of parks and play fields, and a City of Oxnard Public Works maintenance yard.
We successfully coordinated with one master developer, three individual housing developers, multiple design consultants, and public agencies.
