RWJBarnabas Health – On-site Project Management

From facility refurbishment to replacement and expansion, our teams provided on-site project management services for RWJBarnabas facilities for more than 30 years. In this role, our team managed multi-faceted projects that included almost all types of clinical and administrative programs.

Those projects have ranged in scope and size, but they all had one goal in common: to provide state-of-the-art facilities with cutting-edge care. Some of these projects and programs have included the Bristol Meyers Squibb Children’s Hospital, a proton therapy center, a central energy plant, the relocation and new development of various surgical and OR departments, ambulatory care buildings, and medical office buildings.

Most recently, and with the help of our project managers, RWJBarnabas underwent a major expansion—an overall campus growth from 750,000 square feet to well over 1.5 million. For three decades, our relationship with RWJBarnabas has been an exciting partnership, and we’re proud to have helped them deliver projects that start new chapters for the health system.
