Saint Joseph Villa Skilled Nursing and Retirement Home

When Saint Joseph's Villa presented us with their plans for significant renovations at a retirement home in Flourtown, Pennsylvania, we knew the project would represent a milestone for the facility and its residents. Saint Joseph’s selected us for our ability to effectively manage multi-phase projects and our committed responsibility towards stakeholder interests. The goal? Transform the aging facility into a fresh, comfortable, and functional environment—a setting that staff and residents can thrive in together.

While planning the project, our team knew they’d have to phase the renovations into several parts to eliminate any negative impacts on residents. The plan involved restoring existing common areas, adding a new main dining room, and developing a multi-purpose room complete with coffee bar, fire place, and conference room. We also included a new beauty shop, fitness center, physical therapy suite, and over 300 newly renovated resident rooms.

Our project management team successfully planned the project in a series of phased renovations, ensuring that residents had proper protection from all construction related activity throughout the project schedule and subsequent Department of Healthcare inspections.
