Summit Medical Group - MD Anderson Cancer Center

As the owner’s representative project manager for Summit Medical Group, we helped manage the 130K square feet, $65M developer-led project from start to finish. The multi-phased occupancy serves as a marquee robust cancer treatment facility that features three linear accelerators, an HDR/brachytherapy suite, a breast center, an infusion suite, a medical office space, diagnostic imaging, a support office space, and 18K square feet of radiation oncology space (one of the largest in the Northern New Jersey region). 

The most unique aspect of the project was intricately managing and coordinating the developers’ portion to facilitate an on-time delivery with an aggressive schedule. With our team managing the details, the project was successfully delivered on time, on budget.  

The newly state-of-the-art Summit Medical Group MD Anderson Cancer Center exclusively offers northern New Jersey’s patients access to the MD Anderson Cancer Network®. In addition, the project serves as an integrated, multidisciplinary approach to cancer care, ensuring a high-quality patient experience, close to home.
