Symphony Square brings a new workplace experience to Austin’s Financial District. Developed by Greystar and Ivanhoé Cambridge, the seven-story boutique office tower is part of the larger Symphony Square development, which also includes The Waller, a 32-story residential tower. A sky bridge on the fifth floor connects the two buildings, giving office tenants direct access to shared fitness and recreational amenities.
Designed to support the needs of modern professionals, Symphony Square combines Class A+ office space with ground-floor retail, coworking areas, and welcoming lobby spaces. Amenities such as an outdoor terrace, bike storage, and private balconies help support employee well-being while giving tenants a range of spaces for focused work, informal meetings, and collaboration.
Inside, the lobby pairs mid-century modern influences with warm wood finishes, minimalist furnishings, and carefully layered lighting to create a refined, comfortable arrival experience. Art installations and custom area rugs add texture and energy, extending the character of the surrounding development into the interior. Co-working and social spaces within the lobby encourage movement and interaction while maintaining a sense of openness.
Natural light also plays an important role in shaping the experience. An art-filled clerestory brings daylight into a deep interior space, while living walls and a clear path to reception create a strong visual connection to the surrounding landscape. Together, these elements help Symphony Square offer tenants a flexible, amenity-rich workplace within a connected mixed-use destination.
