Delaware North

As the owner and operator of the TD Garden Arena and closely aligned with the Boston Bruins, Delaware North Companies is always thinking of ways to improve how they serve their clients and customers. For this project, they wanted to create a unified office space that merged three brand identities into a single space while allowing each to maintain some individuality. They reached out to our team to help.

We provided interior design and environmental graphics for the lobby and office tower portion Delaware North. We took care to create distinct spaces for private use by associates and public use for guests and visitors. To greet those who enter the reception area and honor the local team, we helped develop a Boston Bruins focused exhibit. It honors the team’s six championship trophies to date, celebrating their success as one of the original six National Hockey League teams and oldest team in the United States.

Throughout the rest of the office tower, we used the same mindset for merging the three brands to guide the design. The spaces balance the need to entertain current and future clients while also serving as the everyday workspace for employees.

Delaware North Companies’ efforts continue to provide major economic impact for the neighborhood by transforming the site of the former Boston Garden on Causeway Street into a transit-oriented, revitalized destination.
