The Parker
Fortis Property Group, LLC, wanted to bring luxury living to Boston’s Chinatown and Theater District neighborhoods. They reached out to our team to provide architectural and interior design services to bring their vision to life in one of the city’s most energetic and thriving areas.
We focused our design on extending a resident’s living room beyond their front door and into common spaces to socialize, dine, and even work from home. They can start their day with coffee at the café on the ground floor. After work, they can grab a drink at the Rose Lounge, a speakeasy-inspired space with a bronze bar and antique mirrored backsplash, or unwind in the billiards room with a game under the chandelier. They can also relax in a private screening room, a lounge, and rooftop cabanas.
Today, The Parker rises 22 stories and overlooks Boston Garden and the Boston skyline, offering the residents of its 168 units abundant amenities and high-end community spaces.
