U.S. Military Academy Modernization, Preservation, and Restoration

The oldest continuously operating Army post in the United States, the U.S. Military Academy at West Point’s primarily Gothic Revival campus is a designated National Historic Landmark District. For more than 15 years, we have partnered with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers on the modernization, preservation, and restoration of many of the Academy’s most historically significant structures.

From academic and military training spaces to residential, recreational, and religious facilities, we have delivered modern buildings that respect military tradition. Our work has included historic cadet barracks, Grant Mess Hall, Cadet Chapel, West Point Cemetery, athletic facility upgrades, a new Soldier Recovery Unit, and stabilization of the Warner House on Constitution Island, West Point’s oldest building. We also renovated seven historic officers’ quarters as well as non-commissioned officer housing.

Guided by our performance by design approach, we have integrated high-performing solutions that enhance functionality, sustainability, and resilience so these historic structures can serve West Point’s mission for generations to come.
