Designing a space that is creative, healthy and inspiring
Valley Forge Fabrics has been a global leader in hospitality upholstery fabrics for 40 years. The brother-sister management team is passionate about their company and heritage, and putting their employees first—they wanted to give them a space that would improve their wellbeing in every sense.
For their new headquarters, we turned the 73,000-square foot warehouse space into an inspiring, creative and healthy environment. With a neutral base palette, the company’s fabric is showcased as the interior’s star, and a real sense of place is established. Grays and whites are offset with pops of fuchsia, red, orange, purple and peacock colors throughout the open work areas, conference rooms and offices. Finally, we included some playful elements like an indoor soccer field and slide, while also incorporating custom designed standing work counters with space to roll out fabrics.
The result? A visually appealing and inspiring setting that functions as well as it looks. Valley Forge employees needed a space where they could do their best work, and we gave them exactly that.
