Design assets for a community-friendly financial institution

Wintrust Financial Corporation – Wealth Management

Our team helped design the new Wealth Management offices at the historic 231 South LaSalle Street Building, newly named the Wintrust Financial Corporation Building. Because of its location in Chicago’s financial canyon, the interiors receive limited daylight and stunted views, which inspired our team to turn the focus inwards. We modeled space, light, and color for a design that supports Wintrust’s banking operations and creates a sense of the outdoors, inside.

Subtle color details reflect Wintrust’s branding and align each separate space with Wintrust’s mission and vision. The bright, contemporary interiors feature open sightlines, fluid circulation, and amenity spaces that promote community and collaboration, with intimate settings finished in rich wood. Details, expertly chosen, convey the strength and security of a distinguished financial institution—and both their customers and employees enjoy clearer, broader experiences as they bank.
