A novel urban hospitality and living experience in the heart of Miami’s rapidly evolving downtown

Yotel & YotelPad Miami

Within walking distance of many sought-after restaurants, shopping, and entertainment venues, this project will provide more housing and travel stay options for Miami’s burgeoning population and tourism market.

Our architecture team was engaged to design two distinct but complimentary architectural forms to express the hotel cabins and condo pads. On the ground level, we introduced private access for residents and a separate lobby for Yotel guests. Notable for their efficient luxury and economic accessibility, the hotel cabin units enjoy access to the buildings 12th floor pool and amenity deck. The signature YotelPad condo units were also positioned with access to the pool deck as well as resident exclusive sky lounge, dog spa, and residential services. The units themselves are affordably luxurious and highly efficient in keeping with the brand’s identity.

The mix of hotel and condo uses creates a warm and luxurious home for tourists and downtown residents alike. Our design helps to differentiate this unique Yotel-branded experience, further diversifying downtown Miami’s residential and hospitality offerings.
