Jeff is the East Coast lead for Stantec’s defense ports and maritime practice. He leads major federal and commercial programs and projects across the Atlantic region and North America and enjoys solving complex challenges.
An architect with over two decades of experience, Jeff is the managing principal of Stantec’s Winnipeg Buildings group and specializes in designing educational facilities.
Working with our team in Whitehorse, Jeff is a river and water resources engineer. He manages and performs a wide range of water resources engineering projects, employing skills in hydrology, hydraulics, sediment transport, and geomorphology.
Jeff provides project management, project advice, design and contract administration services on a broad range of projects for both public and private sector clients
Jeff is a senior hydrogeologist who works on hazardous, toxic, and radioactive waste (HTRW) and Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) projects for federal and private clients across the US.
Currently leading Stantec’s Mechanicsburg Water Resources team, Jeff has more than 25 years of civil engineering and project management experience working in the oil and natural gas and transportation industries.
As the federal sector leader for our global water business, Jeff primarily focuses on Department of Defense clients, civil works, and public sector partners.
Focusing on remediation projects for over twenty years, Jeff is a senior contaminated site engineer and a contaminated sites approved professional (CSAP). He’s worked on projects across Canada for a broad range of government clients.
