Mark is a senior roadway engineer with more than 30 years of design experience. He manages the design of major transportation projects for departments of transportation and toll road clients.
A seasoned practice lead for geotechnical engineering and geohazards, Mark has expertise in geohazards and slope instability. He leads the technical output of a national UK team of geotechnical engineers for ports, rail, highways, and other projects.
Mark is a director in our Water group with responsibility for delivering strategic planning, asset management, capital design and operational water engineering programs across northern Ireland and Ireland.
A senior principal and business center practice leader, Mark focuses on the development and renovation of hyperscale data center campuses, multi-tenant data centers, enterprise data centers, and more.
With over 30 years’ experience Mark is dedicated to dams and hydropower planning, design and construction and is developing the Dams team in Australia so we’re the consultant of choice.
