With Agility, there’s now a way to compute high-volume engineering data at scale and in parallel to other work.
Agility enables you to easily offload traditional, computationally intensive engineering programs to the cloud. Azure-based and highly scalable, the Agility architecture allows simultaneous processing of multiple models at increased speed, opening modeling workflows not previously possible. Featuring a drag-and-drop interface, Agility lets you create dynamic processing pipelines that combine traditional engineering programs with a rich library of post-processing operations such as automated quality control and extract, transform, and load capabilities. This includes workflows for most science and engineering disciplines with probabilistic or deterministic results.
This system does not replace the local interactive modeling package use and model development currently done on your desktop. You can continue to use the modeling package locally both to create a model and—depending on the nature of the data—view the results of running the model. However, the intensive processing is taken care of within Agility by uploading and running the model in the cloud. That way, you can continue working on other models or projects while Agility turns around concurrent models or plans—faster than your desktop ever has.
