We help EU institutions and other clients develop policy, regulatory and institutional frameworks on data governance, cybersecurity, interoperability, service delivery, market competitiveness, and inclusivity—helping leverage the potential of digital transformation.Digital Infrastructure, tools, and applications
Expanding digital connectivity and closing the digital divide requires major infrastructure investments while managing environmental and carbon impacts. We support the assessment of high-speed internet and IT infrastructure projects, analyzing their technical, financial, social and environmental feasibility in line with the EU Global Gateway strategy. We also help design and operate digital tools and applications (like e-governance and digital entrepreneurship solutions) that boost efficiency, productivity and access to services.Digital services and skills development

We help promote human-centric, inclusive and secure AI governance aligned with EU standards. Our team assesses AI-related opportunities and integrates them into digital applications while managing the associated risks, such as bias and discrimination, privacy violations, disinformation, security risks, over-reliance on AI and job displacement. We also develop AI-powered mapping tools in support of digital transformation and entrepreneurship and of accelerating achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals.Space-based Earth observation
Space-based Earth observation (EO) is used to track changes in ecosystems, monitor emissions of greenhouse gases and other pollutants, manage natural resources and disaster risks, make agriculture resilient, plan land uses, infrastructure development, and more. We help uptake of EO capabilities to support innovation and sustainable development, foster the development and use of practical geospatial applications based on EU Copernicus data and services, and build EO-related technical and institutional capacities with ad hoc trainings.
