If you have devices in the field like sensors, cameras, or monitoring devices, you can act on what’s happening to your assets in real time with the Operate module of our Connect platform. Operate is a secure system that processes asset telemetry and environmental data to assess when an event is occurring, diagnose the cause, detect deterioration, and report performance.
It doesn’t matter which IT backbone you’re running—Operate is agnostic to IT infrastructure and can send information to your system, no matter what it is. This promotes open and secure information exchange between your systems, open data sources, and our Connect platform using common data formats and protocols.
