For more than two decades, Wendy has integrated innovation, forward-thinking strategy, and a passion for design to elevate experience and solve critical issues for clients. As a discipline leader, she guides integrated, sustainably focused teams across architecture, interior design, urban design, planning, landscape architecture, and brands and experiences for buildings projects.
Wendy fosters healthy team cultures centered on mentoring and professional service. She’s overseen curriculum development and served as a lecturer and visiting critic at The University of Texas at Austin School of Architecture. In 2018, the American Institute of Architects (AIA) elevated her to their College of Fellows. That year she also served as president of AIA’s Austin chapter. She has also been active with the City of Austin Downtown Commission, Pease Park Conservancy (as board president in 2023), EverGreen Austin, and the Page Foundation.
Outside the office, Wendy enjoys rock climbing, windsurfing, sailing, mountain biking, and attending the opera with her family.
