28 Exeter at Newbury – Architecture, Interior Design, and Branding Services

Located in the heart of Boston’s Back Bay, 28 Exeter at Newbury is an amenity-focused multifamily building surrounded by upscale restaurants, high-end retail, and historical architecture. Kensington Investment Corp engaged us to provide architecture, interior design, furniture, fixtures, and equipment,  and branding services.

Starting with a formerly amenity-free building, our design combines the curated luxury of the neighborhood with the urban boutique essence of the existing architecture to provide a variety of spaces that accommodate multiple lifestyles. The building features a refreshed main lobby, multiple work-from-home spaces, a pet spa, and fitness studio. Residents now have access to a hospitality kitchen, fireplace lounge, and roof deck that is perfect for entertaining. Our design for the roof deck includes a grilling and dining area, a pool with umbrellas and sun loungers, a media lounge for watching games, along with a variety of more intimate lounge spaces with fire pits for the cooler evenings.

Today, 28 Exeter at Newbury provides residents with a total-package living experience overlooking the Boston skyline.
