An experienced transportation planner with a civil engineering background, Upinder has over 20 years of experience across a range of sectors including commercial, industrial, residential, and retail. She currently serves as the regional practice lead in London and South East for our Community Development and Transport teams.
Upinder has led several complex development projects and urban regeneration schemes, many based in London. Her experience covers early-stage feasibility studies through to planning, detailed design, and construction. She has a particular interest in navigating technical and highways approvals for the construction of large projects in London.
Passionate about supporting women within the property and built environment industry, Upinder is proud to be a Mentor with the Circle Partnership. Outside of work, when not busy with her niece and two nephews, she’s strength training, playing tennis and squash, or indulging her passion for gardening on her allotment.
