De Omgevingsdienst IJmond (ODIJmond) en VodafoneZiggo geven horizontaal toezicht vorm in een pilot onder begeleiding van Stantec. In dit artikel wordt de pilot vanuit verschillende perspectieven belicht, door Jaap Wijnker van Stantec, Eric Jansen van VodafoneZiggo en Herbert Dekkers van ODIJmond.
